What Are People Saying About Me?
|
I believe in the old adage, "Word of mouth is the best form of advertising". Here are some of the things my clients have to say about me. The first testimonial here is the text of the house drawing shown above.
"Once upon a time there was a couple looking for a home. They were brand new to the process of home buying. The only thing they did know is that they didn't know much. They read some books on the subject and they talked to some people and after that, they felt even more naïve and unsure.
One day, they saw a picture of a smiling agent (who looked very snazzy in her red jacket). They read a thoughtful summary of the agent's accomplishments and mission. This woman radiated determination, confidence and cheer. The homebuyers were either incredibly lucky or magically intuitive in their perceptive assessment of the red-jacket lady's smile (because, more than anything, it was the bright smile that caught their attention.
Pat, You are a credit to your field-professional, wise, savvy, honest. Never snobby or sleazy. Best of all; you are fun! You have been the fairy godmother to our Cinderella (working your magic), the Yoda to our Luke (using the Force) and the good witch to our Dorothy (helping us find our way home). This brings us to our point. We are pleased beyond words with our new home. Your impressive negotiation skills benefited us hugely. And, if there was a pill that could give a person timeless patience, commitment, focus and unflappable good cheer, it would be called the "Pat Chrysler Pill". Need we say more?! Pat, you are a treasure. Thank you." -Jeff and Erika
Katrina and Greg Cocca with Pat after the close of their transaction
"Thank you for a job well done in helping Katrina and I find and purchase our new home in Cincinnati. Your deep knowledge of the Cincinnati real estate market and attention to detail regarding all aspects of our home search were terrific. You also showed an unmatched level of personal ownership in our purchase decision, which brought Katrina and I great comfort throughout the purchase process. As a result, I believe we really found an exceptional home in a wonderful neighborhood that we will enjoy for years to come. Additionally, I believe our new home will prove to be a solid investment that will appreciate over time (early appraisals indicate that it already has!). It has been a pleasure working with you, and I would not hesitate to work with you again or to recommend your services to other people moving into the Cincinnati area." - Greg and Katrina Cocca
"We feel very fortunate to have found such a hard-working, dedicated, customer-oriented and professional Realtor." - Kevin & Sue Marvin, Cincinnati
"Throughout the process from listing to closing Pat did an outstanding job of representing us-helping each step of the way. If we need the assistance of a real estate agent in the future, Pat will be the first person we call." - Pam & JD Smith, Cincinnati
"Pat is above all an honest, down-to-earth straight shooter. She is a real force for calm dealing when things are tight. She really works hard; she did what it took to sell our house. Pat knows her business. Bottom line-I recommend Pat Chrysler to anyone who is planning to sell their home." - Bruce Lavash, West Chester
"Dear Pat, You recently sent us a note requesting some feedback on the services you provided us during our recent move. Let me first say, "Thank you". We are very pleased with our hours and given the time of year with the Holidays the entire experience was relatively easy.
Specifically, here are some thoughts on why we were happy with your service. Overall, we thought you were very professional and accessible to our needs.
- You spent considerable time and effort trying to figure out what we were looking for before we made our trip. I think you had a pretty good idea what we would like or dislike and the areas we were interested in living. I think you also had a good idea of our price range and what we could or could not do.
- After looking at a few houses together you were able to increase your understanding of what we would like. This helped eliminate potential houses from our list that would have been a waste of time.
- I like having a plan and executing it. You were prepared and had a good understanding of the market, and we had a plan every day.
- You freely give your opinion. This was valuable for me when I was out here looking without Anne Marie. It was also valuable in evaluating the Mason and West Chester areas, which we are less familiar with than the Loveland area.
- I feel very comfortable and appreciate your taking care of the walk-thru and home inspection. You took care of a lot f the details and follow-up that would have been difficult to do from Pennsylvania.
- Your idea of using a contingent offer on the Welbourne Manor house was an excellent idea and made me feel more comfortable when we lost the Greenbrier house.
- You helped us a great deal with the selection on the house, and we are very pleased with the color schemes and extras you suggested.
- You have been (and continue to be) an excellent resource for us with real estate and house related questions. We appreciate the list of remodelers you provided us.
Again, thank you for your assistance. Please feel free to contact us if you have questions or would like clarification on any of the above." - Dave and Anne Marie |
You have a story to tell about me. You've worked with me, and I've helped you buy or sell a home. I need your feedback. Others need your feedback, too! Please take a moment to fill out this form and tell me how I did...
Buyers Remorse >Do Not Panic
Many homebuyers have experienced the alternating waves of excitement and regret that can occur when the real estate agent presents your offer to the sellers and they accept it. At first you will probably feel ecstatic--unless you wake up the next morning, covered with a rash and asking yourself, "What on earth have I just done?"
Occasionally agents get a morning-after call from buyers who will do anything to get out of the commitment they just made. If you are purchasing a home and find yourself in this condition, there are two important things to remember. First, your rash accompanies a very common condition called "Buyers' Remorse". Almost everyone who buys a house experiences this feeling, with varying degrees of intensity, sometime between making the inital offer and finalizing the sale.
Second, you should know that the anguish of buyer's remorse is almost always temporary. If you experience a sudden panic attack over your home purchase, call your real estate agent immediately. Postpone making any radical decision about backing out of the contract until you have considered things carefully and rationally with your agent.
